Thank you for visiting and shopping at RAS3DPRINT. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Courier Company

RAS3DPRINT makes use of Bobgo for our deliveries.

Local pickup

Due to the nature of our business’ we only allow pickups after order is places and on appointment only!

Shipment processing time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Main centers delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Outlying areas delivery time is 5-8 working days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

RAS3DPRINT does not ship to P.O. boxes addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Damages

RAS3DPRINT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
